Willow Center is proud to partner with many agencies and organizations to fulfill our mission. The following is a summary of our core partnerships and certifications.
New York State Office of Children and Family Services
Willow Center is the only New York State Office of Children and Family Services licensed provider of residential and non-residential domestic violence services in Monroe County.
Rochester/Monroe County Domestic Violence Consortium (DVC)
The Rochester/Monroe County Domestic Violence Consortium (DVC) consists of more then 50+ agencies, community groups, and others who are concerned with the problems of domestic violence and whose primary affiliation is within the Greater Rochester/ Monroe County area. The Willow Center is a founding member of the DVC in 1982 and remains active in a leadership role.
New York State Coalition Against Domestic Violence
The only statewide domestic violence coalition in New York, members include residential and non-residential programs from across the state, allied organizations that serve individuals who are or have been abused, and concerned individuals who share NYSCADV’s goal of ending domestic violence.
United Way of Greater Rochester
Willow Center is a United Way Community Fund agency. The United Way of Greater Rochester has made domestic violence a core priority area since 1982, supporting Willow since the very beginning of our agency. The United Way partners with Willow to ensure quality programs and emergency services are available for all survivors of domestic violence.
National Domestic Violence Hotline
Willow Center receives referrals from the National Hotline to provide services to local survivors including emergency shelter, counseling and support. Callers to the Hotline at 1-800-799-SAFE (7233) can expect compassionate support, crisis intervention information and referral services in over 170 languages.
