News 8 WROC Rochester interviewed Willow Center President & CEO Meaghan de Chateauvieux on Monday, August 3rd, to highlight Willow Center as part of their Putting Rochester First initiative focused on how the Coronavirus pandemic has impacted local organizations.
“We’ve tightened up and focused on our core crisis services and how we provide more services to meet and adapt to the changing needs of survivors”, said Meaghan De Chateauvieux, President and CEO, “We have seen a [40 per cent increase from April to today] in calls to the Hotline… We’re witnessing this huge increase of people coming forward for crisis services, and at the same time, this beautiful thing where the community comes forward to support them.”
