Willow @ Skyview
Hope Starts Here
Willow is officially home at Skyview on the Ridge, where Rochester’s first Family Justice Center brings survivors and their children every critical service under one roof. Thank you to everyone who helped us get here.

One Door to Safety, Healing, and Hope
From nine locations to one safe door
Survivors used to travel to as many as nine different agencies, filling out intake forms and repeating their story at every stop. Now they walk through one door and find coordinated, trauma-informed care:
✓ Crisis counseling and legal advocacy
✓ Children’s programming and family support
✓ Medical services and forensic exams
✓ A virtual courtroom, so survivors don’t have to face their abuser in person
✓ Law enforcement and partner agency coordination
✓ Economic empowerment and rapid re-housing
✓ Wellness spaces, a clothing closet, and a pantry
Willow’s emergency shelter and residential programs remain at the secure, confidential Shill Family Building.

Why It Matters
What a Family Justice Center Means for a Community
When survivors can get safety, justice, and healing in one place, lives are saved. In communities that have opened Family Justice Centers, domestic violence homicides have dropped dramatically.
90%
drop in DV homicides in San Diego
75%
drop in DV homicides in Alameda County
51%
drop in DV homicides in Brooklyn
Now Rochester has one too. Help us keep the door open.
“Willow brought me hope for the first time in a long time.”
