24/7 Hotline
Willow Center’s 24/7 Crisis and Support Hotline is a resource for victims of domestic violence, concerned friends and family, and professionals, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Call (585) 222-SAFE (7233)
Emergency Shelter
The Shill Family Building is home to our 49-bed emergency shelter that provides safe housing for survivors of domestic violence, their children, and pets. The shelter offers a safe and nurturing environment where survivors can find refuge and spend tim healing as they move toward freedom from domestic violence.
Mobile Advocacy
Willow advocates can meet you in your community at a location that is most convenient for you to get you the support you need.
Counseling
Willow offers domestic violence individualized and group support in a safe and confidential location.
Deaf IGNITE
Willow’s Deaf IGNITE program is staffed by individuals who are Deaf and fluent in American Sign Language (ASL), who can provide support and services in a culturally and linguistically competent way.
Supportive Housing
Willow advocates support offers assistance with finding affordable, safe housing, and extablishing a clear path to housing stability, with 10 apartment units offering on-site support services.
Court Accompaniment
Willow advocates are onsite at Monroe County Family Court, in a separate and secure waiting room, to assist you in obtaining an Order of Protection.
Children’s Services
Willow’s compassionate staff provide a warm and safe environment for children and youth to heal – and many opportunities to just be a kid through fun activities and field trips.
Pet Services
The Shill Family building is equipped with state-of-the-art kennels for dogs, cats and other family pets which ensures survivors don’t have to leave their pets behind. The pet area includes a welcome room, a visiting room and an exam table for pet wellness.
Prevention Education
Willow educators provide training and speaking engagements throughout Monroe County. Willow’s community education and training is appropriate for a wide range of audiences. Programs include a diverse range of content, real world examples, resources and skill building.
