Federal funding supports program expansion to serve Deaf survivors in Rochester area
Willow Center has been awarded a competitive grant of $425,000 from the federal Office for Violence Against Women to better support Deaf and Hard of Hearing survivors of domestic violence in the Greater Rochester area, in collaboration with our partners, RESTORE Sexual Assault Services and Advocacy Services for Abused Deaf Victims.
