The Rochester/Monroe County Domestic Violence Consortium hosted its 18th annual Legislative Breakfast today, highlighting 5 Bills that have been introduced to support survivors of domestic violence and hold offenders accountable. Keynote speaker Dr. Michael Mendoza, Monroe County Commissioner of Public Health, spoke about intimate partner violence as a public health epidemic.
